nicole deserves a raise!!! she allowed me to check in earlier with just a quick message, and i was so grateful since i arrived early. they also put me in a room that was perfect for me, as i don't like being street side or on the ground floor. thank you guys so much!
The mattresses are quite basic. I found them too soft, and the pillows offered little support. the comforter actually provided more support than the nearly empty pillows.

I found clean restaurants nearby and many options within a short walk. This made dining convenient and easy. several offered outdoor seating. some restaurants provided discounts for hotel guests, a nice bonus!

The staff replied quickly and offered a slightly later check-out. This was really appreciated. detailed guidelines were provided, and check-in was easy and quick. the personnel was very responsive and helpful. They answered all my questions promptly.

the digital check-in was very smooth , with detailed instructions. the staff responded quickly to all my questions. i found the room clean and equipped with everything needed for cooking. i particularly appreciated this since i had to prepare meals.
finding parking was a bit challenging. the absence of a reception desk made addressing queries less convenient. i had to rely on my phone to access the webpage for door entry, inconvenient.

the room was spacious and well-equipped (i especially liked the kitchen). cleanliness was definitely a strong point, and the large bed offered good comfort. i appreciated the useful kitchen facilities.
i found the lack of staff contact a bit inconvenient, and phone communication was the only option. the surrounding area seemed less appealing, especially late at night. the parking payment process felt unusual, requiring a separate transaction.
